Game Doesnt Even Work

Ive downloaded and redownloaded this game a few times now and I cant actually play the game. I go through the demo at the beginning of the game and then when I have to log in, it constantly tells me "Oops! Theres a problem with some game data and we need to reload" and it keeps reloading and repeating the same message.
I would love the chance to actually get to play this game but if this issue does not get resolved quickly I will simply stop trying...
